System Bets

No personal bets today, lots of racing about with the bank holiday fixtures and although there look a fair few competitive handicaps and possible opportunities I’ve not had a chance to really look at everything in enough detail.

System bets are below and because there is a fair chunk of racing on there are a few trainers in form sending one runner to a track. Remember the way this system works is 25% win rate and 40% place rate in past 14 days, in addition to a better than 10% course strike rate, race wise after exhaustive testing during March and April I only select from class 4 and 5 handicaps. It’s been struggling of late with 12 runners without a winner but I’m confident it will pick up again and the ROI is still well over 100%. For anyone asking regards staking on these I’m purely playing them 1pt win only.

  • 2.35 Goodwood – Stevie Gee – I Williams (4) (16%)
  • 2.40 Leicester – York Glory – K Ryan (4) (18%)
  • 2.40 Leicester – Steps – R Varian (4) (100%)
  • 2.55 Carlisle – Pelmanism – K Ryan (5) (19%)

Regards yesterday’s post on the Derby – Roderic O’Connor is likely to be to sent to France and Aidan O’Brien is set to run four in the race, Recital, Seville, Treasure Beach and Memphis Tennessee. Good news that at least both the two I’ve backed will run barring any unforseen events, not sure who will be designated pacemaker mind, perhaps Castlemorris King will do the job! Any comments/discussion on the race most welcome either here, Twitter or Facebook.

I’m away from tomorrow until Thursday unless the kids like the camping so much we stay until Friday. Not looking good therefore for a preview of the Oaks. Will get a blog up tomorrow night but won’t be one after that until near the weekend.

Best of Luck, LP.
